sonified streets

Learning about Data Visualisation, I realized that Sonication was underrepresented so I thought there might be a lot to explore.

What  I do is mainly visual, so I wanted to drift away from anything I’ve  ever done, in a way that would present a new challenge for me.

I  collected data from the streets of Berlin, noting whenever I would pass by graffiti, a bike, a tree, etc. and translated that data into sound. I  interpreted the street as a timeline so the place of a sound in the  track represents the exact moment in which I passed it.
